With a background in carpentry and architectural technology, Simon O’Dowd is both a certified Passive House Tradesperson and a Passive House Designer (PHI). He has worked on the design of Passive Houses with Maxa Design in Melbourne.
As a technical designer, Simon has a passion for design details and high quality, passive construction techniques. He brings the passive house sustainability ethos to all his designs whether they are Passive House certified or not, ensuring a low energy and high performance building for the client.
